  • To reserve your rental items, first you will need to create a wishlist in-store or online. This wishlist will be used to provide you with an initial quote and see if items are available for your event date.

  • We require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total order cost and signed rental agreement and contract to hold your order.

  • Generally, rentals are quoted for a three-day, single-use event. This allows for rentals to be delivered at least the day before the event and returned the next business day after the event. Arrangements for customers using our delivery and pick up services will be made on a case-by-case basis.

  • Yes, pick ups must be arranged and scheduled.

  • Yes!

    Tables and chairs are delivery only. This means we will also pick them up.

    Free delivery for orders over $150 within 20 miles.

    Orders over 20-50 miles will incur a $25 fee. Over 50 miles, shipping will depend on rental order total.

  • Rental reservations should be placed as soon as you know the details of your event to ensure availability. All of our items are on a first come, first serve basis.

    Rush fees may apply for orders placed one week before event date.

  • Chargers, glassware, flatware, plates, etc. should all be cleaned. Cake stands, trays, and dessert displays should also come back clean. Failure to clean items will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

  • No. Due to various materials and laundering requirements, we take care of all cleaning all linen items. We do ask that they come back without any loose food or wax on them.

  • Rental reservations should be placed as soon as you know the details of your event to ensure availability. All rentals are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • All rental items must be returned. Upon return, all items are reviewed and checked. If items are missing, you will be contacted. If items are lost and cannot be returned or broken, a replacement fee will be charged. Replacement charges vary by item.

  • If your event is canceled for any reason, you will forfeit your deposit.
